Our Story
Keystone was founded in 2026 on a simple idea: construction projects shouldn’t add stress to your life - they should improve it.
After nearly 40 years combined working across the construction industry, founders Alex and Charles saw the same challenge again and again. Homeowners and business owners were excited to start their projects, but quickly found themselves overwhelmed by schedules, contractors, budgets and decisions. Managing a build had quietly become a full-time job.
So they created Keystone Project Management.
Focusing primarily on residential and commercial construction projects, Keystone acts as the keystone in the arch - holding all aspects of the project together. From planning and coordinating to timelines and communication, Alex and Charles bring structure and clarity to the process so clients don’t have to carry the weight of the project themselves.
The goal is simple: take the stress out of construction so you can stay focused on your day job, your business, and your life - while your project moves forward with confidence.
Our Team
Alex Belcher
Alex is an experienced property developer and business leader specialising in commercial office space across Jersey and Guernsey. As Managing Director of Polygon Serviced Offices Ltd. and Director of Polygon Properties Ltd., he has led the development and management of more than 70,000 sq ft of high-quality workspace, consistently achieving strong occupancy and commercial performance.
Alex played a key role in launching Jersey’s first dedicated tech hub, helping to support the island’s growing digital sector while attracting a number of high-profile tenants. His developments combine traditional office leasing with flexible workspace solutions, creating resilient and adaptable assets.
Alongside his development work, Alex works closely with investors, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver projects that are both commercially successful and operationally sustainable. He holds an MBA in Wine Business Management (Finance) and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University.
Director
Charles is a property project manager and developer with over a decade of experience delivering projects across Jersey’s commercial and residential sectors. After returning to the island in 2012, he spent ten years with a leading local project management consultancy working on a wide range of developments including business, hospitality, residential, and healthcare projects.
In 2021, Charles founded CW Developments and expanded into property development. Since then, he has successfully delivered a varied portfolio including apartment conversions, new-build family homes, and high-value coastal redevelopments.
Charles combines strong technical knowledge with practical delivery experience, overseeing projects from early planning and design through to construction and completion. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Leeds and a First Class degree in Construction Management from London South Bank University.
