Residential Projects

Le Cotil is an impressive three-storey, 3,000 square foot property situated at the top of one of St Aubin’s most picturesque roads in Jersey, overlooking St Aubin’s Bay. The property underwent an extensive back-to-brick renovation, with the existing structure stripped back to its original masonry and rebuilt to a high specification.

As the original building had been constructed into the cliff face, a comprehensive waterproofing system was introduced to protect the structure and ensure long-term durability in its coastal setting. The renovation also included the complete replacement of the home’s infrastructure, with new plumbing and electrical systems installed alongside a modern wet underfloor heating system to improve comfort and efficiency.

Large solid oak beams, ethically sourced from France, were installed as feature elements within the main living space. An interior designer was brought in as part of the design team to create a high-quality coastal home that combines contemporary finishes with natural materials while taking full advantage of its views over the bay.

Elizabeth Drive (formerly Maitland) is an exclusive residential development of five family homes located close to Le Rocquier School. The scheme involved the full refurbishment and extension of the existing main property and dower cottage, which were retained and upgraded to a high standard.

Following the demolition of redundant and unsightly outbuildings, three new build detached three-bedroom family homes were constructed, carefully planned to optimise the site layout and integrate successfully with the retained buildings.

The project involved extensive discussions with planning authorities to secure an appropriate and balanced scheme for the site. Despite being taken to planning committee, the proposal received unanimous approval.

All homes were delivered to a high specification, incorporating dedicated parking, electric vehicle charging points, and solar panels to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency. The completed development now provides a cohesive mix of refurbished and new build family homes in a well-considered residential setting.

Pied Du Cotil is located within the Coastal National Park at L’Etacq and enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views across St Ouen’s Bay. Set in an exceptional coastal setting, the property provides a unique family home in one of Jersey’s most scenic locations.

The property has undergone a comprehensive back-to-brick refurbishment, transforming it into a spacious three-bedroom residence measuring almost 3,000 square feet. The design carefully enhances both the character of the property and its connection to the surrounding landscape.

As part of the project, an elegant orangery was added to the front of the house to maximise the spectacular sea views, while a new two-storey extension was constructed to the rear. This extension provides direct access to the generous cotil garden and creates a strong connection between the internal living spaces and the outdoor environment.
