Residential Projects

Le Cotil

Le Cotil is an impressive three-storey property situated at the top of one of St Aubin’s most picturesque roads in Jersey. The property underwent an extensive back-to-brick renovation, during which every aspect of the home was carefully redesigned and rebuilt to a high specification.

Throughout the property, premium fixtures and fittings were selected to ensure both quality and longevity. This included luxury sanitaryware supplied by CP Hart and bespoke kitchen installations by David Hick Interiors. The renovation also involved the complete replacement of the home’s infrastructure, with new plumbing and electrical systems installed throughout, along with a modern wet underfloor heating system to enhance comfort and energy efficiency.

In addition, new double-glazed timber sash windows were fitted, maintaining the character of the property while significantly improving thermal performance. The project was completed in 2023 and the property was successfully sold shortly thereafter.

Elizabeth Drive

Elizabeth Drive (formerly known as Maitland) is an exclusive development of five family homes located close to Le Rocquier School. The scheme involved the extension and refurbishment of the existing main property and dower cottage, together with the construction of three additional detached three-bedroom homes within the site.

The development was carefully designed to create high-quality, modern family accommodation while making efficient use of the available land. Each property benefits from two dedicated parking spaces and has been fitted with electric vehicle charging points, supporting the transition to sustainable transport. In addition, solar panels have been installed on the roofs of the homes to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

The project has now been completed and delivered as a small, well-planned residential community in a desirable location.

Pied du Cotil

Pied Du Cotil is located within the Coastal National Park at L’Etacq and enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views across St Ouen’s Bay. Set in an exceptional coastal setting, the property provides a unique family home in one of Jersey’s most scenic locations.

The property has undergone a comprehensive back-to-brick refurbishment, transforming it into a spacious three-bedroom residence measuring almost 3,000 square feet. The design carefully enhances both the character of the property and its connection to the surrounding landscape.

As part of the project, an elegant orangery was added to the front of the house to maximise the spectacular sea views, while a new two-storey extension was constructed to the rear. This extension provides direct access to the generous cotil garden and creates a strong connection between the internal living spaces and the outdoor environment.
